Today we have the honor to present an absolutely brilliant gig. Thursday July 9 14:00, we will make an unforgettable performance at the Hultsfred festival. Make sure not to miss it! More info about the festival and on the current reservation, please visit: www.rockparty.se You could say it was a full day on Thursday. We met at lunch to repeat through all extra and try to press all the equipment in Fredriks small car. Then we rolled against Gothenburg for souncheck on “Sticky Fingers” at 18:00. Everything went smoothly and when we were finished, we went directly to the Stenkullen. After we loaded off everything, it was only up onto the scene and rock with our socks of. It was really sweaty and the young crowd seemed to like it quite a lot. When we were finished, we gave away some CDs and gassed at the nearest food store, filled our stomachs and hurried us back to Gothenburg. When we arrived it was only minutes left until we would play. Fredrik discovered that his guitar amp was broken but as the super man he is he fixed it and we did one of our better gigs so far. Thanks again to the beautiful dansing crowds. And do you think this text was tough to read. Look at the movie instead! Sweet! Report from a too rapid X2000 with a hangover that do not want to go away and tierd eyes that are difficult to keep open. Yesterday was as blas. Once in Skövde, we were positively surprised by the beautiful scene and the professional sound and after souncheck felt we really, really, really psyched for tonight’s gig. After a stop in the center at Systembolaget and Willys we went to Oskars sister who would lend her apartment. We loaded the stuff in the cozy dorm and rested a few hours on the lawn in the sunshine, until it was time to get back to the concert hall. Gig went fine and as the intro increased the room filled more and more. I destroyed a string and it was a few trips here and there but overall it was awesome! The gig was over and it was time to celebrate for two really great gigs. We took us slowly back to the apartment and kicked off a Preparty without its like. A thousand songs and many beers later we danced into the night among prom queens, local drunks and radio hits. I made a crappy video from the roadtrip using “Windows Movie Maker”. Enjoy and make sure you come back tomorrow again for more live videos!
